ARTIST STUDIOS FOR RENT

SICA has 19 studios for rent , comprising over 7,000 square feet. These studios range in size from 100 square feet (approx. 10' x 10') - 1,200 square feet (approx. 30' x 40'). All studios have 11'- 6" ceiling heights, new color accurate lighting, heat and air conditioning.

Currently, all of our studios are rented. However, we have just begun a waiting list. If you would like to notified the moment a studio becomes available please email us the approximate size studio you are seeking along with your contact information and we would be happy to let you know the instant anything becomes available.
